Kingston Manor is a beautiful Grade 2* seventeenth-century
manor house with large and lovely gardens,
sitting in a uniquely beautiful and remote location
near the south coast of the Isle of Wight.

WEDDINGS
As a wedding venue,
you have the run of all the gardens
and the magnificent ancient long barn,
which holds up to 200 people
but also works well for smaller numbers
of 30 to 40 upwards.
Kingston Manor hosts up to eight weddings a year,
usually between April and October.

KINGSTON MANOR COTTAGE
Tucked away privately in the grounds is a 2-bedroom
single-storey holiday cottage of great charm,
once an ancient brew house,
available for hire all year round.
It's stylishly renovated, exceedingly comfortable,
and has the most fantastic view over the lake and the downs.
It's perfect for a small family, or for 2 to 4 friends.

It's available only to our wedding couples during a wedding.

Kingston Manor feels far, far away from the world --
it's amazingly quiet;
yet it's also within 30 minutes' reach of everywhere.
